Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email or post) within this 14-day period.

You must return the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
Condition of Returns

Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

We will refund the full purchase price and the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option (if you paid for delivery). We will not refund any additional charges for premium delivery options you chose.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back.
Exclusions from Returns
The right to cancel does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including assembled or modified printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic components, produced-on-demand items, or other items built or adapted to order.

Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your goods arrive faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in line with your statutory rights.
