We are able to deliver in all countries where there is a UPS service. All parcels are sent from Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

Price will depend on the parcel weight and size. It also depends on the destination country. Use the cart check out page just before payment to find out price and carriers options.

Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS. If you prefer delivery using another carrier get in touch for a quotation. An additional cost might apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. If you opt for a tracked delivery we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Outside of UK shipments.
All orders sent outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase.
We are not responsible for any import taxes or VAT at the destination country for the orders. Import duty/tax is always paid by the person/company receiving the parcel/order.
Non tracked shipment.
We are no longer offering shipping options without tracking.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail if the official postal service in the United Kingdom. When this carrier is used the delivery will be made using the postal service of the destination country.
Returns
Our 20-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 20 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding shipping cost. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns for faults caused by overvoltage being applied to inputs or boards by the purchaser.
