3D printed ducting obstacle pipe connector
3D printed pipe connector made to measure.
The obstacle pipe connects two duct pipes that have to go through and obstacle were deviation is not permitted. This allows clean piping layout and efficient air flow on rigid pipe work. It also greatly improves space compare to other obstacle avoidance means.
You will have to provide the size of the obstacle at purchase time. See below.
Product dimensions depends on the offset chosen.
The obstacle size is size of the dent in the connector. There are two dimensions to give to us. Across and inline.
Across. By default this dimension is 25mm. Let us know your requirement about this if you need it bigger than 25mm. Maximum recommended is 50mm. Note the bigger the across size the smaller is the remaining opening for air or fluid.
Inline is the length of the obstacle in the direction of the pipe line.
The inline interval is the space between the two end of pipe to connect. Its length depends on the across/inline obstacle size and is given as below.
inline interval = inline + 1.732 * across
